Reserve Your Spot

Email Chris Tzetzo if you want to reserve your spot, ask questions or make location/activity recommendations.

We need your commitment and intention to pay the $275 by May 1st, but would appreciate ASAP - a quick email either way is appreciated.  You can send checks to Chris Tzetzo (54 Chapel Woods, Williamsville, NY 14221).

We booked for 28 and we fully expect at least 28.  If we have more people, we need to reserve additional tee times and accommodations sooner than later for availability.

Scheduled Activities

July 30 | Arrive (Check in), Golf-Fountains Course (first tee time 1:00 pm) and State of Delta Chapter meeting

July 31 | Golf-Reflections Course (first tee time 11:40 am), Dinner-Pig Roast (tentative)

August 1 | Depart (Check out)

Details

We have booked four person golf cottages, which are 2 bedroom condos where everyone will have their own bed.  All condos should be within short walking distance of each other lining a fairway.

We have kept the price down again this year - $275 for 2 rounds of golf, and 2 night's stay.  All food, beverage, etc. is a la carte, but we should have enough cash for some golf prizes and drinks for a post-golf Delt meeting.

We are also trying to confirm that Garland will put on one of their Pig Roasts at the lodge for us (and other guests - not a private thing only for us) on Saturday evening at a charge of approx. $15 per head, so dinner is taken care of for one of the nights - it was great last time.
